Usually I can't wear this type
of sandal because of my 11B foot. They never fit well enough
and I end up sliding around and getting blisters. When I
tightened up the velcro straps (not drastically) I got a great
fit right out of the box. I recently walked the boardwalk at
Ocean City, MD, for 6 hours and my feet felt as good as if I
had worn my cushioned, lace-up running shoes! One seam on one
of the heel straps holding the velcro on has started coming
unstitched but it doesn't appear significant--yet, that is.
Wears this shoe: Whenever I want to, rain or shine, indoors or
outdoors
This is a very nice shoe overall. My only minor gripe is the
initial smell of the shoes. I guess
Paul Green debby boots have antibacterial
protection, or perhaps simply the shoe itself, but it does
emit an unpleasant odor for the first week or so. Especially
if you're in a confined space, like a car, it could be
annoying. It does go away though. Just let them air out.
